What Emotions Do Residents Bring With Them? 

Most of them are pleasantly surprised – they say the finished project looks even better than the visualizations. We delivered on 99% of what we could control, and I’m thrilled about that. I believe the residents will feel the same. We built Metropolis as if we were building it for ourselves. From the beginning, my goal was to give clients the same standard I have in my own home. Some of the tile types we used are the same I have at home – along with ceiling cooling and air exchange systems. I can personally attest to how much they improve quality of life. 

New owners especially appreciate that they’re not buying an apartment off a blueprint – they sign the contract and can move in within days. 

Exactly. The project is fully completed – with landscaping, art, and technology in place. The apartments are ready to move in. Once the purchase contract is signed, residents can move in practically immediately. All that’s left is to finalize the kitchen and choose the furniture. I’m looking forward to asking them in a year how satisfied they are.

Our top priority when designing the project was the comfort and health of future residents. That’s why we chose Wolf – the “Mercedes-Benz” of air recovery systems. Its filters capture up to 94% of dust and allergens, significantly improving air quality. Odors and noise don’t penetrate indoors, which is something you’ll appreciate in both summer and winter, when frequent ventilation isn’t an option. Then there’s the radiant ceiling cooling and heating system by Rehau. This system is more natural and healthier than traditional air conditioning. Everyone can adjust it to their own preferences, giving them full control over temperature and air quality in their apartment. In life, things rarely go exactly as planned – but these technologies are reliable and work 100%. Say it’s 32°C outside – when you step into any apartment in Metropolis, you’re greeted by a pleasantly cool interior.

What Types of Apartments Are Available? 

We offer units in all sizes – from one-bedroom to five-bedroom apartments. Prices start at €239,000. We know clients love the project, and we also understand today’s economic climate. That’s why we’ve introduced a financing incentive – for three- and four-bedroom apartments, if clients secure a mortgage, we’ll subsidize their interest rate down to 0.99%. On a three-bedroom unit, that could mean up to €500 in monthly savings. We guarantee this rate for three years.
