Tatra banka provided a loan of EUR 42 million to cover the entire construction of the Metropolis project, including preliminary construction work. The Mint Investments chose Tatra banka as it offered the best terms, representing a stable and strong partner possessing a professional team and experience in similar projects built in this location. The planned project completion date is the fourth quarter of 2023.

About the project: Metropolis is a state-of-the-art residential project combining housing with other important functions meeting the needs and interests of people. On offer are modern apartments ranging from smallest 1-room apartments, through apartments with front garden, to magnificent 5-room apartments with a terrace. The first two floors shall house a commercial parterre that shall create space for shops, restaurants, cafés and services. Presently, 40% of residential units have been successfully sold, indicating that there is and will be a lot of interest in Metropolis apartments.
