The prestigious CIJ Awards have been handed out for this year, and the Best Residential Upcoming Development award has gone to the Metropolis project, currently under construction in Bratislava’s downtown. The project will bring high standards and state-of-the-art technological solutions to the locality.

The 18th annual CIJ Awards gave Mint Investments, the company behind the Metropolis project, good reason to rejoice. It took home the award in the Best Residential Upcoming Development category for 2022.

The iconic M of the Metropolis project, from the workshop of the Prague developer Mint Investments, is already emerging on the skyline of Bratislava’s downtown. The two separate towers have already reached their 7th above-ground storey, out of a total of 18 storeys, with construction work continuing. Metropolis will bring innovative technological solutions that will save future residents considerable money in energy savings. In addition, Metropolis is one of the few projects in Bratislava where the developer has decided not to include an inflation clause in the purchase contracts.
